Workforce Availability in all plants:

With the large workforce we have here at Saticoy Lemon Association, we are able to run efficiently at the height of every season. Our employees have been employed for many years, with sometimes multiple generations of families working.

Employees are cross trained to do other jobs and functions within the plants. With cross training, employees are able to adapt quickly to different and challenging logistical scenarios. Workers are nimble and trained to handle large or special orders placed by buyers.

Implementation of Leading Edge Technology:

All Saticoy Lemon Association plants use state of the art Sunkist Grading equipment. As well as, MAF Sizers that allow facilities to grade, color and size the fruit to volume-fill cartons by size and grade. Our storage areas are equipped with Store Smart technology that allows us to keep track of the fruit that enters storage. The technology that we have in place allows us to continuously move in the right direction.
